What you can achieve with us You lead a team in terms of personnel and professional aspects. Together with your team, you ensure effective and high-quality job placement for our customers. You ensure that suitable positions are actively searched for, acquired, and managed, and that suitable customers are sustainably placed in the primary labor market. You build contacts with employers and other relevant stakeholders, maintain them long-term, and represent the job placement externally. You further develop the processes and working methods of the job placement and ensure the appropriate use of the digital tool. You work closely with our customer service and other internal departments. You organize placement meetings and professional exchange and also support your employees in demanding placement situations. If necessary, you will occasionally work operationally yourself in job placement. Which skills are important to us It is an advantage if you bring leadership experience and lead employees clearly, appreciatively, and in an orientation towards development. You have experience in job placement or vocational integration. You know the labor market in the Canton of Bern very well and have a good network of employers or can build one quickly. You enjoy actively approaching companies and convince with your acquisition, communication, and negotiation skills. You enjoy helping to shape and further develop a new team and new working methods. You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and result-oriented manner and can maintain an overview even with different requirements.
