Your tasks <br /> • You take responsibility for the operation and further development of the 3D city model. • You implement exciting projects in construction, engineering, architecture and pipeline surveying and actively bring your ideas into the design. • You develop existing processes further and implement new approaches and solutions. • You take over the documentation of urban data topics as well as individual pipeline topics in the GIS system. • You carry out minor developments in GIS systems and advise customers on GIS issues. • As a practitioner, you pass on your knowledge and accompany the training of geomatics learners. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have a completed degree in geomatics (BSc) or comparable further training as a geomatics technician with a federal certificate of proficiency. • You are very familiar with geoinformation systems and have experience in maintaining 3D city models and in engineering and pipeline surveying. • You are enthusiastic about digital processes and automation and ideally have knowledge of ETL processes (e.g. FME) • In addition to good German language skills in word and writing, you are characterized by a pronounced customer orientation, a high quality awareness and conceptual skills. • You work independently, structured and innovatively and actively bring in your own ideas. • Collaborating in a motivated team gives you pleasure. • You also bring a category B driver's license. <br /> The Geoinformationszentrum makes geoinformation available independently of location, up-to-date and around the clock. The 25-member team works with the latest technology and maintains around 30,000 virtual buildings and a pipeline network of approximately 4000 kilometers in length. 1900 employees, 1200 teachers and over 60 learners in 12 professions: The city of Luzern is one of the largest employers in the region -- and at the same time approachable and sympathetic.
