Bern (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Direct procedures independently in German and Italian • Draft decisions in German and Italian • Prepare documents for courts • Evaluate legal issues raised by the electricity sector, final consumers, other authorities and Sections of the technical Secretariat (Prices and tariffs, Networks and Europe, Market surveillance, Data analysis and cybersecurity), managing the exchange with different actors • Handle consultations on legislative projects <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in law (master's or licentiate) • Bar admission or doctorate • Professional experience gained at a court, an administration, a law firm or in the electricity sector • Ability to develop solutions to new and complex issues using legal methods, ease of learning • Willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration with engineers and economists • Excellent drafting skills in at least one official language, good active knowledge of at least a second official language and English and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In summary You will apply your specialist and methodological skills in the legal field to issues concerning the electricity market and renewable energies.
