Help transform our clients' organizations to support their business strategy
What do we do? Our Human Capital team helps organizations manage and maintain their performance through their most important asset: their employees. Based on research, analysis, and industry knowledge, we support clients in designing and executing essential programs, ranging from business-oriented human resources to innovative talent, leadership, organization, and change programs in commercial and technological transformations.
We are the largest Human Capital practice on the Swiss market and are widely recognized by our clients for our ability to put ourselves in their place as a true partner, to bring cutting-edge knowledge and expertise, and to consistently provide high-quality work.
The nature of our work varies greatly, but it is likely that your mission will involve, over time, all of the following elements: recruitment, compensation, analysis, performance management, talent and succession planning, retirement, organizational design, HR strategy, HR transformation, HR technology and adoption, change management, strategic communications, and cultural transformations, all aimed at maximizing value for shareholders and customers.
How you can have an impact
We are looking for someone who likes to approach human capital issues in a business-like manner analytically, who has the patience to structure decision-making, and who strives to develop pragmatic recommendations, tempered by experience. Our aspiration is to help clients acquire or maintain a competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market context.
Our clients appreciate us for our ability to concretize the vision, producing a plan and approach to successfully bring the client's human capital strategy to life.
Your professional responsibilities and how you can have a significant impact.
You will:
• Work directly with Swiss and international clients at all stages of the organizational change management life cycle, from initial assessment and change management strategy planning to execution, hypercare, and adoption review with the right indicators.
• Introduce and integrate best practices, frameworks, governance, processes, and change management tools to support successful organizational transitions and stakeholder engagement at all stages.
• Act as a key team member in liaison with client leaders and internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to Deloitte's business development efforts and the creation of proposals in partnership with Human Capital, other Deloitte service offerings, and account teams to design compelling change management solutions.
• Support the growth and improvement of Deloitte's change management capabilities and service offerings within the Human Capital practice.
Profile sought:
• Solid academic background, ideally a Master's or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
• With a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2-4 years and with a Master's/MBA a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in consulting or a similar role in the Human Capital field, preferably with exposure to international projects.
• Solid experience in people strategy and change management, particularly in contexts such as large technology implementation programs and/or organizational and business transformations.
• Experience in client projects related to learning and development, training, and retraining, with familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) and other system implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Strong affinity with technology and in-depth understanding of its impact on the workforce, including how digital transformation shapes the employee experience, skill needs, and organizational change.
• Willingness and ability to support business development and service improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a focus on providing high-quality client service and contributing to team success.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and German is essential; fluency in other languages such as French is an asset.
