Junior Project Developer Real Estate Development (80-100%) The Zug Estates AG develops and operates high-quality living spaces with long-term added value. For the further development of the Metalli living space in the heart of Zug, we are expanding our development team and offering a committed and motivated personality the opportunity to enter real estate development and actively participate in the shaping of one of the most defining urban spaces in Zug. In this role, you will support the development of demanding real estate projects and gain valuable experience in the areas of site and project development, urban design, architecture, and sustainability. In doing so, you will work closely with experienced project developers and gradually take on more responsibility. Your main tasks include: Analyses & development potentials: You support market, location, and potential analyses and develop decision-making bases for the further development of our real estate portfolio. Competitions & study procedures: You participate in the preparation, organization, and monitoring of competitions, study assignments, and test planning, making an important contribution to the quality assurance of our development projects. Project development: You support the development team in the conception and further development of center and site developments with a focus on residential, commercial, and retail. In doing so, you work on future-proof usage concepts and lively urban spaces. Project management & quality assurance: You accompany projects from the early concept phase to the permit procedures. In doing so, you support the ensuring of costs, deadlines, and quality goals as well as the urban design and architectural quality of the projects. Stakeholder management & coordination: You work with internal specialist departments as well as external partners such as planners, authorities, and specialists and support the coordination of the various stakeholder groups. Sustainability & innovation: You participate in the integration of sustainability and innovation topics into development projects and contribute to creating future-proof real estate solutions.
