Through their professional skills and observations, they contribute to the care process and the personalized support project of each resident. They are committed to the institutional project of the establishment, and their commitment promotes the integration, adaptation and well-being of residents in respect, benevolence and dignity. The main activities are carried out under the delegation of the nursing staff: Provide basic care, hygiene and comfort to residents in respect of the care project, the maintenance of their autonomy and their preserved abilities. Provide, deliver all the necessary help that allows residents to carry out activities of daily living, to realize themselves through recreational, playful and/or re-learning activities. Participate through observation, communication and written transmissions in the implementation and then in the evaluation of the personalized support project for each resident. • Accompany, in a multidisciplinary team, the resident and their relatives in end-of-life care and support, within the framework of the palliative approach and end-of-life care Speak with the resident and/or their relatives with respect and dignity. Ensure the maintenance of the residents' direct environment in compliance with hygiene rules. Ensure the maintenance of devices, furniture and administrative and logistical activities within the care unit. TRAINING AND knowledge: CRS health auxiliary certificate or equivalent. A experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics is desired Mastery of usual office tools and DIR\-SADIES or ease in computer learning.
