In this function, you will have the opportunity to express all your qualities with autonomy. • Ensure strategic management of the IT Directorate (DIT) budgets of the University • Supervise the operational management of the DIT budgets • Ensure financial controlling and budget planning • Manage the administrative life cycle of workplaces and standard software (from purchase to decommissioning) • Define software asset management processes to ensure control • Identify synergies in the software portfolio, support standardization, and implement optimization measures • Ensure the quality of the inventory of workplaces (PC, Mac & Linux), in collaboration with the Service Desk team • Measure and continuously improve processes and procedures in the area of responsibility Requirements • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent training • You have experience in financial management and purchasing (public markets), ideally in an IT context • You have experience in software asset management • You value teamwork and collaboration in a matrix organization • You are able to negotiate with internal stakeholders as well as with suppliers, while being aware of their constraints • You demonstrate a strong service and results orientation.
