Bern, Schweiz (home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Elaborate under your own responsibility projects for the revision of laws and ordinances; draft reports, effective messages and other documents on relevant topics to be transmitted to the department, the Federal Council and the Parliament • Represent the position of the administration and the Federal Council in political and specialist bodies • Handle parliamentary interventions • Guarantee the supervision provided by law and the application of the law • Autonomously instruct administrative and appeal procedures and represent the administration before the courts and competent authorities <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in law (lic. iur / MLaw), preferably with a lawyer's license • Knowledge and/or experience in general administrative law and social insurance law, ideally in the field of accident insurance • Insight and strong ability to globally analyze legal and political issues, work mode oriented towards goals and performance • High social skills and attitude to collaborate constructively both within the team and with stakeholders • Active knowledge of at least two official languages; the main working language is German <br /> In summary Are you interested in social insurance law issues that involve strong public interest and do you wish to carry out an activity that encompasses law, politics and administration?
