Machine Fleet & Supplier Coordinator (M/F)

*Introduction* ## For our Ebauches Production Sector, we are looking for a Machine Fleet & Supplier Coordinator (M/F) whose main mission will be to steer the performance and reliability of the Precitrame machine fleet by ensuring the interface between Production, support services, Purchasing, and suppliers, in order to secure production continuity and effective problem resolution. *Responsibilities* ## • Coordinate priority subjects related to the Precitrame machine fleet • Represent the sector to the supplier Precitrame and ensure the coordination of exchanges • Ensure a global vision of the fleet status, risks, priorities, and action plans • Participate in steering committees bringing together Purchasing, the supplier, Production, and the relevant services • Guarantee reliable and regular reporting to the teams and management • Streamline communication between the various internal and external actors • Centralize and analyze information relating to machines: availability, downtime, incidents, interventions, and ongoing actions • Prepare, participate in, and ensure the follow-up of steering committees with Purchasing, Precitrame, Production, and support services • Represent the needs, constraints, and priorities of the sector during exchanges with the supplier • Formalize decisions, follow reciprocal commitments, and follow up on actions within the deadlines • Develop and update dashboards, indicators, and reports related to the machine fleet • Lead internal follow-up meetings and ensure the proper dissemination of information • Identify recurring malfunctions, contribute to their analysis, and coordinate corrective actions *Profile* ## • Training or experience in multidisciplinary project management • Technical CFC, ideally in polymechanics, mechanics, automation, or industrial maintenance • Higher technical training appreciated: ES technician diploma or equivalent field • Confirmed experience in an industrial production environment • Good understanding of a production environment and an industrial machine fleet • Ability to coordinate technical subjects involving several services and an external supplier • Ability to prepare and lead meetings, formalize decisions, and steer associated action plans • Ability to structure and analyze technical and operational information • Mastery of office tools, notably Excel, and ability to create dashboards • Rigor, organization, and reliability in following up on commitments • Communication skills, diplomacy, and ability to represent • Ability to synthesize and ability to present issues and priorities clearly • Proactivity, dynamism, and solution orientation • Interpersonal skills and ability to unite stakeholders with varying interests • Perseverance to advance files • Ability to prioritize and manage several subjects simultaneously *Conclusion* ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, working time flexibility solutions, and first-class social benefits.
