There is a lot to do with us You ensure flawless compliance & governance at all times in compliance with all relevant legal bases as well as group-wide specifications within our large construction projects at our various locations The implementation and enforcement of all safety-relevant requirements on the different construction sites – including risk assessments in all construction phases – is your responsibility Regular safety rounds, inspections, audits and assessments, including seamless documentation, follow-up of measures and consistent management of the results, are part of your daily standard You perform professional incident management, from the analysis of accidents and near-misses (e.g. using 5-Why), confidently You master the planning and implementation of training and instructions (including Lockout/Tagout, working at height, crane work, hazardous substances) together with Kopas/SiBe from experience The close cooperation with all project participants, active participation in construction meetings as well as the supervision and review of contractors within the framework of safety management round off your versatile task profile This is how you contribute with us You have a completed technical or safety-relevant training (e.g. safety specialist, technician HF, foreman, site manager or a comparable qualification) You already bring sound further training in the field of occupational safety and health protection (e.g. safety specialist EKAS, ASA specialist, SiBe or equivalent) Knowledge of the relevant occupational safety and health regulations (ArG, VUV, BauAV, EKAS guidelines, SUVA standards) regarding plants distinguishes you. Basic knowledge of machinery directives would be interesting Practical experience in a construction, project or technical-industrial environment is required Very good German skills are essential for daily cooperation. French skills are welcome for coordination with our W-CH-location As a person, you convince through implementation strength, clear communication on all levels and a confident appearance You enjoy traveling to the various locations The position is initially limited to 2 years.
