Team Lead Nursing 80-100 % from 1 September or by arrangement Your job with us You lead a dedicated team of around 18 employees as well as FaGe apprentices and HF students. You strengthen people, promote individual responsibility, and create the framework so that your team can work successfully. Together with two other Team Leads, the Head of Housekeeping, and the Managing Director, you develop our organization further and ensure that our clients receive professional and humane care at home every day. Your responsibilities Personnel and professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team  Empowering, promoting, and accompanying employees in their development  Organization and management of daily operations  Responsibility for quality and further development of nursing  Co-designing our role-based organization and other development projects  Participation in recruitments as well as promoting an open and appreciative team culture  What you bring with you Diploma as a nursing specialist HF  Leadership experience, supplemented by leadership training  Experience in outpatient care is an advantage  Knowledge of Perigon root is a plus  Joy in developing people and actively shaping change  High social competence, clarity, and appreciative communication  Organizational talent and networked thinking  Good IT user skills and driving license category B  What you can look forward to An organization in transition, in which your ideas are welcome  A lot of creative freedom and opportunity to participate  A dedicated management team that carries changes together  A motivated team with a lot of experience and development potential  Careful introduction and support in your new role  Regular working hours from Monday to Friday - no shift work  Individual training and development opportunities  Attractive benefits - from Znüni to a massage chair ?
