The production carpenter manufactures furniture, interior fittings, and kitchens precisely according to plan. He contributes to the quality and efficiency of production. Main tasks / responsibilities • Manufacture of furniture and components according to drawing • Operation of machines (CNC, panel saw, edgebander etc.) • Control of quality and dimensional accuracy • Care and maintenance of tools and workplace Competencies / decision-making authority • Independent way of working according to the production plan • Reporting of suggestions for improvement Requirements / qualifications • Carpenter EFZ • Craftsman-like skill, exact, reliable Collaboration / interfaces • Workshop management, AVOR, assembly Values / behavioral expectations • Precision, cleanliness, teamwork, sense of responsibility Main tasks: • Manufacture of furniture, interior design elements and kitchens according to plan • Processing of solid wood, panel materials, veneers and surfaces • Operation of modern woodworking machines (CNC, panel saw, edgebanding machine etc.) • Quality control and ensuring dimensional and schedule compliance • Assistance in the development of special solutions and custom-made items • Support in assembly preparations and packaging Task list: Daily: • Manufacture of furniture, kitchens and interior design components according to plan and order • Processing of wood, panels and surfaces on machines and by hand • Control of dimensional and surface quality • Ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace • Record working hours and orders in the system • Feedback to workshop management in case of uncertainties or defects Weekly: • Control of material and tool stocks in the workbench zone • Exchange with AVOR and project management regarding ongoing orders • Maintenance of small machines and tools • Control and care of personal tools • Assistance in the training of apprentices Sporadically: • Assistance in assembly preparations • Support of other teams during peak times • Custom manufacturing and repairs
