Activation Specialist HF 50% - 100% (freely selectable workload) Life happens here!   Your mission: In this role, you will design varied group or individual activities with heart and commitment, thereby creating valuable encounters and meaningful daily structures. You plan and lead offers that are individually, resource-, and need-oriented, tailored to our residents and day guests. Their well-being, independence, and quality of life are always at the center. As an empathetic and competent contact person, you build and maintain trusting relationships with residents, day guests, relatives, and external partners.
