As part of its development activities, our client, a renowned company based in the Bienne region and specializing in watchmaking production, is looking for an Industrialization Project Manager (M/F) for a permanent position. Job description ## In this role, you play a central role in the transition from development projects to series production. You define the manufacturing processes for industrialization projects, ensuring their compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and expected performance objectives. You analyze production needs, technical constraints, and manufacturing flows in order to propose robust, reliable industrial methods adapted to the watchmaking environment. You participate in the selection of production means, the formalization of operating ranges, and the implementation of the parameters necessary for the smooth running of operations. You are also responsible for estimating manufacturing times and validating process performance in terms of price, quality, and deadline. In this capacity, you contribute to securing industrial objectives and anticipating potential performance deviations. You follow the pre-series phases to ensure the proper functioning of the defined processes, their stability, and their robustness under real production conditions. You identify areas for improvement, manage the necessary adjustments, and coordinate corrective actions with the various stakeholders concerned. In parallel, you lead and coordinate the teams involved throughout the production phase. You ensure the smooth flow of information, the prioritization of actions, and the rigorous monitoring of rectifications to be implemented. You play a true liaison role between the technical teams, production, quality, and other partner departments. Through your involvement, you guarantee the industrial consistency of the projects entrusted to you, while ensuring structured support until optimal production is achieved. Profile sought ## You hold a degree as an ET Technician or an equivalent title. You have successful experience in a similar function, ideally as an industrialization project manager, within a demanding industrial environment. You possess very good knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical watchmaking products. You master the challenges related to industrialization, process optimization, production time analysis, and performance monitoring. A good understanding of quality, cost, and deadline issues is an essential asset for success in this function. You are recognized for your initiative, your sense of organization, and your rigor. You know how to manage several subjects in parallel, structure your priorities, and move forward methodically in an environment where precision is paramount. Equipped with excellent communication skills, you enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate with various interlocutors.
