Internal Sales Representative (Part-time 60%)

All products are manufactured in our own manufactory in Glattbrugg ZH with great dedication and care. Since 2012, we have been an independent, owner-managed Swiss family business. For our location in Glattbrugg ZH, we are looking for a Internal Sales Representative (Part-time 60%) In this versatile function, you will support and advise our customers by telephone and via e-mail. You will process orders in the IT system – from customer creation through order processing to invoicing – and implement sales activities. Furthermore, you will take over the procurement of raw materials, maintain the inventory, and record freight and delivery orders. The implementation of regulatory requirements and the maintenance of customer, product, and material master data are also part of your area of responsibility. The position is rounded off by the administration of our web and ERP systems, cooperation with support specialists, as well as your participation in updates and further developments.
