The Stiftung Alterswohnen Muttenz offers elderly people diversely coordinated models for living, care, and nursing and creates a cozy and comfortable home for you. The foundation includes the Alters- und Pflegeheime Käppeli and Zum Park. At our two locations, approximately 250 employees care for a total of 205 residents. We are looking for, by arrangement, a Department Head Nursing HF 80-100% Tasks • Responsibility for the leadership and organization of the department with 38 residents • Direct leadership and responsibility for the development of employees • Responsibility for the flow of information towards stakeholders and implementation of the mission statement and the management principles of the home • Duty scheduling • Ensuring high, resident-oriented and safe nursing care • Participation in process optimizations and quality standards • Ensuring all necessary nursing documentation • Ensuring interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas • Participation in nursing • Active participation in personnel recruitment Requirements • You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF • You are a leader and radiate confidence • You embody a positive basic attitude • You have a high degree of independence, healthy assertiveness, and pronounced social competence • You are an open and communicatively strong personality • You have very good computer skills and are IT affine • You have good German skills in speaking and writing We offer • An interesting and demanding task with freedom for your own design • Motivated employees with great commitment • Interesting and lively workplace • Good and modern employment conditions • 6 weeks vacation • Direct connection to public transport (line 14 directly in front of the house) • Jobticket
