What awaits you with us: As a Logistics Coordinator \& Transshipment Employee, you are the central contact point for drivers and coordinate the daily truck traffic in the transshipment warehouse. You plan the ramp allocation, create loading and unloading reports, and work closely with the operational departments. You actively support the warehouse and transshipment operations during the loading and unloading of vehicles. In doing so, you connect the office and the warehouse and ensure a smooth flow of goods. Your working day begins daily at 06:00. Logistics Office / Truck Registration (approx. 50%) Registration and support of drivers in the transshipment warehouse Coordination and assignment of loading and unloading ramps Creation and issuance of loading and unloading reports Control and processing of transport and accompanying documents Close cooperation with the import and export clerks Ongoing communication with warehouse, transshipment, and dispatch Warehouse / Transshipment (approx. 50%) Support in the loading and unloading of trucks Participation in daily transshipment operations Control of shipments for completeness and damage Support in the sorting and preparation of goods General warehouse and transshipment work What you bring with you: Experience in logistics, warehouse, or transport, training as a logistics specialist is an advantage Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations Enjoyment in dealing with drivers, customers, and employees Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working Good German skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications Forklift license is an advantage Physical resilience and willingness to work in warehouse operations What you can look forward to: Continuous further training: Develop your skills and expand your specialist knowledge with our professional training programs.
