Head Group Quality & HSE 80–100% (m/w/d) In this group-wide key function, you will take responsibility for the further development of our Integrated Management System (IMS) as well as the governance in the areas of quality, occupational safety, and environment. You will report directly to the CEO and make a significant contribution to the sustainable further development of the Häny Gruppe. Your tasks Responsibility for the group-wide Integrated Management System (IMS) Further development and harmonization of the management systems as well as the quality and environmental standards within the group Ensuring conformity with relevant standards and legal requirements (including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) Planning, implementation, and further development of internal audits as well as coordination of external certification audits Establishment and further development of an effective CAPA and measures management Responsibility for the group-wide governance in the areas of quality, occupational safety, and environment Development and implementation of a sustainable safety and prevention program Analysis, monitoring, and reporting of relevant quality, safety, and environmental KPIs Advising and sparring for the CEO, the management board, and the line organization on matters of management systems as well as quality, safety, and environmental governance Promoting a sustainable quality, safety, and improvement culture within the entire corporate group Your profile Technical basic training with corresponding further training in quality management, occupational safety, or a comparable specialist field Several years of professional experience in a quality, HSE, or management system environment of an industrial company Sound knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ideally ISO 14001 standards Experience in audit management as well as in the establishment and further development of management systems Analytical and conceptual strength as well as a structured and independent way of working Assertiveness, communication strength, and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation Very good German as well as good English and French skills Look forward to a group-wide key function with direct reporting to the CEO a versatile and demanding area of responsibility with great scope for design short decision-making paths and an open, appreciative corporate culture the opportunity to sustainably further develop group-wide standards and management systems attractive employment conditions as well as targeted further training and development opportunities Feel like responsibility and real impact?
