The Stiftung Schloss Turbenthal - Gehörlosendorf - offers around seventy people with cognitive and hearing impairments and individual care needs a living space for work, education, and living. Our Gehörlosendorf concept guides our togetherness and our actions. Sign language is a tradition with us. *We have been looking for a "per sofort or nach Vereinbarung" for a long time* Team Leader Living 80 - 100 % *The long search has nothing to do with us being desperate, but rather that we are looking for exactly the right person for this mission? Will you accept this challenge?* Your mission (if you choose to accept it): • You lead your agogic team with heart, humor, and a clear line. • 2 - 4 times per month you are the learner and work at the base. • You accompany, train, and coach new specialists so that they arrive with us not only professionally but also personally. • You ensure that our IBB classification does not look like a "somehow-gut-feeling-arc". • You juggle your departments and sometimes also spontaneous surprises. But don't worry, you are not alone. • You lead meetings and ensure that people know more afterwards than before. • You actively participate in project groups and know: good solutions arise with clarity - and sometimes with a wink. What you bring with you • Training as a social pedagogue or a degree in Social Work - in other words: you know what you are talking about. • Leadership experience, combined with the ability to lead people with seriousness, clarity, and, depending on the situation, also with humor. • Social competence, sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain an overview even when five people simultaneously -just quickly- want something from you. • Desire to work with people with special needs and special strengths. • Openness to learning sign language - yes, we will help you and you will have fun. • Enjoyment of IT (don't worry: no programming, but Lobos, Polypoint/PEP, Office 365 & Co. should be your friends).
