Integral Capacity Management ensures the central and cross-departmental planning of all hospital capacities. The goal is a balanced, transparent and efficient control of operations, beds and clinics along the entire patient pathway in close interdisciplinary cooperation. It is the hub of our hospital and the first point of contact for patients with questions regarding registration and admission for a hospital stay. Your tasks ### • Operational and personnel management of the Integral Capacity Management (IKM) team • Support for the IKM management in the further development of the IKM department • Ensuring optimal patient care and planning • Point of contact for patients with questions regarding registration and admission • Efficient scheduling in the perioperative and operating room management area • Capacity planning for clinics • Patient-oriented bed management • Care of the anesthesia clinic • Interdisciplinary cooperation Your profile ### • Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH • Leadership experience • Business management training desired • Good analytical skills and affinity for process design • Organizational and communication talent • Interdisciplinary cooperation (operating room, wards, clinics) • Very good knowledge of the processes of an acute care hospital • Networked thinking • Interest in co-design • Flexibility Your opportunity ### We offer you a varied and challenging position in a modern and forward-looking hospital with a wide range of services, effective immediately or by agreement. You will be in direct contact with our patients and work closely with the anesthesiologists. You can expect a role in which you will contribute significantly to service-oriented patient care on the one hand and actively participate in the IKM department on the other.
