Office Manager 100 % (m/f/d) Your role with us As Office Manager, you take on a central hub function. You ensure that internal processes run smoothly, customers and partners are professionally supported, and our office everyday life is organized efficiently, structurally, and warmly. You process the offer, order, and procurement processes and support our project leaders as well as the Sales Team in sales administration. You manage our info mailbox, coordinate incoming inquiries, and independently take on further tasks in daily business. You are the contact person for suppliers and partners, coordinate appointments, and reliably keep an eye on open pending items. You analyze our existing back-office processes and simplify, digitalize, and automate them step by step. You assist with invoice creation and support accounts payable. Together with a small team, you ensure a professional customer reception, are responsible for hospitality management, and ensure that guests, customers, and employees feel welcome. You coordinate and organize large and small team events, meetings, and smaller occasions. What you bring You bring experience in office management, sales administration, administration, or a comparable hub function and work independently, structurally, and reliably. You are eager not just to execute processes, but to make them better, and you enjoy trying out new tools for this, for example, automations in Microsoft 365 or the use of AI in everyday work. You are a communicative, service-oriented personality with organizational talent and keep an overview even when multiple tasks arise simultaneously. You have a flair for IT topics or have ideally already worked in an IT, technology, or consulting company. You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in the field of office management, sales administration, event management, process automation, or AI. You communicate stylistically confident in German and English and understand Swiss German in professional everyday life.
