For more information, please visit Your Tasks and Responsibilities Deputy in the area of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) including inspection, reporting and technical coordination Function as deputy of the Authorized Representative (EA) in the area of origin and supplier declarations (LLE) Taking responsibility for the ethanol area including creation and submission of required reports Ensuring compliance with customs, origin and tax law requirements Inspection, creation and approval of proofs of origin as well as the corresponding master data Conducting origin analyses and calculations Processing customs clearance issues as well as analysis and solution of problem cases Creation and inspection of reports (e.g. VOC reports, route reports) including data comparison (e.g. SAP) Advising internal interfaces (Customer Service, freight forwarding, export) in customs and tax-relevant questions Inspection and approval of route transactions (IGL / VAT) Official designation as deputy with the competent authorities in the area of VOC, origin/EA (incl. LLE) as well as ethanol Participation in the export control committee Your Profile Commercial basic training (/Kauffrau EFZ, freight forwarding clerk, customs declarant) Good knowledge of Swiss customs and tax regulations (customs legislation, e\-dec, tariff classification, preferential agreements, rules of origin) Several years of professional experience in customs and VOC processing in Switzerland In-depth knowledge of the legal bases (Customs Ordinance, VOCV) Confident handling of customs software Very good oral and written skills in German Good English and French skills High accuracy, reliability and risk awareness (compliance mindset) Independent, proactive working and assertiveness towards internal stakeholders and authorities Good communication skills Analytical thinking and organizational strength (process optimization, audits).
