Your responsibility You ensure smooth operations and implement the quality and hygiene guidelines in the Manora restaurant. You ensure a stylish market atmosphere according to the concept. You identify, evaluate and utilize the local offering potential. You are responsible for the personnel management of the employees. You are responsible for an organized and employee-oriented structure of the restaurant (duty rosters, etc.). You ensure the training and development of the employees as well as the young talents. You are present on the floor, lead and support the employees in their daily work. Your profile Ideally, you have completed basic training in the field of gastronomy or have attended a hotel management school. You bring extensive experience in gastronomy. You live and love the role of a host. Ideally, you have been able to gain initial leadership experience. You convince with a resilient, persistent and reliable personality. You have a positive attitude towards work, can transfer this to the employees and motivate them sustainably. You are a talent for improvisation and enjoy challenging questions.
