Test Manager 60-100% (f/m/d)

What you can achieve • You hold the threads together during the verification and validation of a newly developed ICT communication solution and act as the central contact person towards the customer • To this end, you coordinate all necessary work steps, including the use of the test infrastructure, with internal and external contact persons in an agile environment (according to SAFe) and remove obstacles surrounding the test activities • You implement the test strategy of the division, in coordination and cooperation with development, as well as the functional leadership of the test engineers • You support the development of well-thought-out test cases: Based on requirements, you plan and create structured test scenarios • You ensure that near-production test data is available promptly, which depicts real application scenarios • You participate in the test execution, document the results, and evaluate them • You support continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and reviews • You support the implementation of system or solution demos What you bring with you • Completed studies FH or UNI in a technical direction with solid telecommunications and IT knowledge • Several years of experience in the field of SW & HW test engineering and test management • Professional certification such as ISTQB or IREP • Experience in project work in larger projects, ideally in a scaled agile environment (according to SAFe) • Good analytical skills and a structured way of working • Relevant experience in handling Spira Team, JIRA and Confluence • Team-oriented, communicative, flexible and resilient personality • Responsible and independent action in the environment of cutting-edge technology • Good German and English skills Salary and benefits Do you have an obsession with order?
