Location Geneva Availability Immediately Type Equal Reference 41197 Posted on 06/07/2026 On behalf of our client, we are looking for Job Description ### • Plan, organize and direct activities to achieve results while respecting quality and deadlines • Establish with the PDP manager, the detailed production plans, synchronize and implement everything to achieve the PDP objectives and industrial priorities • Coordinate and analyze flows from raw materials to assembly level • Ensure adjustment of resources according to production capacities and workload plans, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective action plans • Design, develop, implement and monitor indicators and dashboards (Service rate, plan respect, stock coverage) • If necessary, direct, support, motivate and develop their team (1 person) • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools • Ensure the reliability of planning parameters (Lead times, batch sizes, safety stocks, frozen horizons) Profile ### • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, with a strong asset in WATCHMAKING • Very good understanding of industrial flows. • Proven practice of ERP and reporting tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Organizational, structuring and prioritization skills.
