Technician in Microtechniques (M/F)

Your mission Are you a technician with training in microtechniques, methods, quality or industrial operations? Whether you are a young graduate or an experienced technician, we are looking for, with a view to a future job opening, several profiles to integrate different technical departments at a reference player in the prestige watch industry, in Geneva. We are looking for people with training and/or experience in the following areas: Microtechniques Industrial techniques/exploitation Methods and industrialization Quality (control, quality assurance, documentation) Maintenance or industrial equipment? - Examples of possible missions depending on the service: Methode / Industrialisation: - Monitoring and updating of manufacturing files - Management of continuous improvement projects for processes - Participation in transversal projects Quality: - Management of a project related to quality - Animation of project sessions - Writing of quality documents and treatment of non-conformities Exploitation / Production / Microtechniques: - Technical support for production - Management of projects related to production and production equipment - Participation in the production of new references Maintenance / equipment: - Technical monitoring of production equipment - Second-level maintenance - Relationship with service providers Your profile Profile: - Technician diploma ES, or equivalent in a technical field - Interest in the watch industry, precision work and continuous improvement - Autonomy, rigor, analytical ability - Ease in a demanding and structured environment - Team spirit and good communication - Knowledge of common computer tools - Experience in watchmaking or a related field = a plus
