Our core competence lies in the design and manufacture of robust plastic containers with custom-fit foam inserts to protect high-quality devices. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an engaged and entrepreneurially-minded personality as Team Leader / Deputy Managing Director (m/w/d) Your tasks • Support the Managing Director in leading the areas of Administration, Design, and Sales (approx. 6 employees) • Participation and support in demanding customer projects and acquisitions • Taking over area management in the event of substitution as well as participation in the overall management of the company • Acquisition, support, and further development of Key Accounts • Promotion of constructive and goal-oriented team cooperation • Close cooperation with customers, suppliers, and internal specialist departments Your profile • Technical basic training with completed further education at FH level or comparable qualification • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function • Strong leadership, social, and communication competence • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong organizational and planning skills • Very good technical understanding and experience in reading technical drawings • Enjoyment of customer contact as well as the acquisition and support of business partners • German as a native language or at a very high level as well as very good English skills • Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented personality • High flexibility, initiative, and sense of responsibility What awaits you • A responsible key position with development prospects • Exciting and varied tasks in a successful SME • Demanding projects with plenty of creative freedom • Collegial environment with short decision-making paths • Careful induction and support by the management • Contemporary employment conditions Interested?
