Setter / Plastics Technologist (m/f) Area of responsibility: • Coordination of personnel deployment within the shift • Leading the subordinate male and female employees • Optimization of work sequences and processes • Enforcement of quality, environmental and occupational safety guidelines • Regular participation in Shop Floor Routine • Creation of shift reports and documentation Requirement profile: • Completed vocational training as a Plastics Technologist • Experience in the area of team / group leadership • Professional experience in the area of plastic injection molding • Resilient and solution-oriented way of working • Readiness for shift work We offer: • Interesting and versatile area of responsibility • Motivated and dedicated team • Familiar environment
