Facilities Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) # Full time 100% ## We are looking for, by arrangement, a/an Your tasks In this responsible function, you will take charge of the technical service and ensure, with your team, the safe and smooth operation of our institution. Your main tasks include: • Technical and personnel management of the technical service with two employees as well as two apprentices • Ensuring the operation, upkeep and maintenance of all technical installations, facilities and building infrastructures • Management of 86 apartments for elderly people or studios, 46 care rooms, maintenance of gardens and general properties • Planning, coordination and supervision of all repair and maintenance work using the FM tool • Primary contact for internal questions related to computer hardware and IT as well as coordination with external IT providers • Administrative work as well as documentation with common Microsoft Office applications • Organization and management of the technical on-call service • Carrying out internal training, particularly in the areas of fire protection, occupational safety and emergency organization • Participation in renovation, rehabilitation and investment projects • Coordination of inter-service work and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, safety and quality standards Your profile You are a committed, service-oriented person, with technical understanding, management experience and a pleasure in human contact. You bring: • Concierge with federal certificate of capacity • Ideally a basic technical training, for example electrician, sanitary installer or in a comparable trade • Training as a safety officer (SIBE) as well as professional trainer or willingness to undergo these continuous trainings • Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance as well as experience in a management position • Organizational talent, autonomous and structured working method as well as high stress resistance • Strong service orientation, flexibility and practical mindset • Joy of collaborating with different professional groups and great social competence • Empathy and understanding of the needs of elderly people • Experience in management or participation in projects is an advantage • Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office) as well as affinity for digital tools • Driving license category B We offer A varied and responsible management task awaits you in a modern institution for elderly people with short decision-making paths and a young and motivated team.
