What are your tasks? ###

• You care for and support our residents with empathy and professionalism
• You assist them with personal hygiene, mobilisation, and daily life, promoting their independence
• You perform medical-technical tasks such as medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and wound care according to your competencies
• You observe the health status of our residents and document your care diligently
• You actively participate in the care process and contribute your observations and ideas to the team

What do we expect from you? ###

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
• You treat our residents with respect, empathy, and appreciation
• You enjoy holistic care and support of elderly people and focus on their needs
• You apply your professional skills confidently and perform nursing and medical-technical tasks reliably
• You remain calm in demanding situations and act in a solution-oriented manner
• You are willing to take responsibility and enable our residents to have a valuable daily life
