As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a new Managing Director (m/w/d) You are responsible for the personnel, organizational, and commercial management of the company. An important area of focus is the management of HLKS projects - from quotation to planning and implementation, as well as quality and cost control. You are also responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships with architects, engineers, and suppliers. A higher education (e.g. HF, federal diploma, master's diploma) in the fields of building or heating technology is required, preferably supplemented by commercial further education. You have experience in managing HLKS projects, including personnel management (e.g. as team or deputy team leader). Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, organizational skills, and a confident appearance in customer contact are further important personal requirements.
