La Châtaigneraie VOLLEYBALL COACH La Châtaigneraie Campus - Sports Department (ECA) Share your technical expertise and passion for volleyball to inspire our student-athletes in a unique international environment, intervening as a coach or assistant according to needs. In brief: • Campus: La Châtaigneraie - Founex • Department: Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) - Sports • Rate: Part-time (hours to be confirmed according to registrations) • Schedule: To be determined (mainly afternoons/late afternoons and some weekends during tournaments) • Start date: September 2026 • Reference: 500 043 Why this role is important: As a Volleyball Coach/Assistant Coach at the La Châtaigneraie Campus, you play a key role in the physical and social development of our students. Depending on the configuration of the sessions, you will be called upon to lead training sessions independently or work in pairs to support another coach. Your mission is to provide high-quality sports supervision, combining technical progression and team spirit, while accompanying young people in learning perseverance and fair play. Your role and responsibilities: • Supervise and lead the weekly volleyball session on Wednesday afternoons. • Establish progression goals adapted to age categories and student levels. • Offer varied, stimulating, and secure sessions, in accordance with the objectives of the sports department. • Work in synergy with the team of coaches and sports managers on the campus. • Possibility of completing your working hours with assistance hours within the department according to needs. Profile sought: Skills and Experience • Youth and Sports (J+S) diploma in active volleyball or equivalent foreign diploma. • Confirmed practice with young people aged 11 to 18 in volleyball training. Experience with a female/adolescent audience is a major asset. • Mastery of French and/or English. Personal qualities: • Excellent pedagogical skills and sense of contact with adolescents. • Dynamism, punctuality, and team spirit. • Ability to adapt to an international and varied school audience.
