Marketing & Sales Manager YOUR TASKS Conception, development and management of marketing communication projects for the Emmental region and the Bärau location. Elaboration of convincing and inspiring stories about our own productions and successful market positioning. Building customer relationships, maintaining existing contacts (CRM) and further development of our sales activities. Elaboration of new point-of-sale concepts and opening up new sales channels. Planning and implementation of events as well as sales and brand appearances. Active support in the further development of our product portfolio. Calculations, pricing as well as measurement of the performance of our entire range of products. YOUR PROFILE Education or studies in the field of marketing, sales, product management or business administration. Experience in product development, marketing communication and sales (account management). Understanding of the strategic and successful positioning of products and services. Entrepreneurial thinking and acumen for new opportunities in the market. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a confident manner. Independent and structured way of working and enjoyment of responsibility. Stylistically confident expression in German (oral and written) and a fine sense of tonality and target groups.
