In this versatile role, you will support the care of our customers in the Germany market. Your tasks specifically include: Supporting Relationship Managers in the holistic care of our customers in the Germany market as well as ensuring a first-class service experience Processing customer inquiries and orders in the areas of payment transactions, foreign exchange, securities, and account-related matters in close coordination with the Relationship Manager Creation, review, and coordination of customer documentation, for example in connection with account openings, master data mutations, credit administration, and missing documents Careful maintenance of customer data in the internal systems in compliance with quality standards, data protection regulations, and regulatory requirements Organization of customer appointments and travels including preparation and follow-up as well as the creation of briefings, presentations, and other documents Accompanying transaction-related processes such as Trade Settlements, securities deliveries, credit maturities, and deposit management, taking into account deadlines and quality Active participation in administrative and organizational processes as well as supporting efficient and smooth cooperation within the team Your profile You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a comparable commercial education with relevant professional experience in a banking environment. You bring more than 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function in Assistant Relationship Management or Client Servicing, ideally in Private Banking or Wealth Management. You are familiar with banking administration processes, regulatory requirements, and the needs of a demanding international clientele. You work independently, structured, and precisely and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment. You have very good MS-Office skills; experience with Avaloq is an advantage. You are familiar with E-Banking, digital tools, and AI-supported working methods or you bring the openness to learn quickly. You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken; excellent German skills are mandatory.
