YOUR TASKS From the beginning, you will be involved in mandate and project work. We consider independent work to be very important. We believe that you will benefit the most from it. Nevertheless, a lawyer is always available to support you. You will get to know the complex legal issues in the international corporate and group context. The legal areas are as diverse as our company and the people who work with us. They include, among others, health and life science law, data protection law, general civil law, antitrust law, labor law, tax law, and compliance. The tasks that typically await you as a volontariat are: Legal and individual case clarifications Independent preparation of legal correspondence Telephone and personal legal advice Participation in M&A projects Participation in restructurings Creation and review of contracts and similar legal documents Cooperation with other Bayer companies globally. YOUR PROFILE You have completed a law degree (Master) or are about to graduate You work independently but as part of a team in a collegial environment You are interested in international and civil law issues You enjoy dealing with people from different cultures and with different perspectives In contact with our colleagues, clients, and partners, you can rely on very good German and English skills.
