Home care nurses. On behalf of one of our clients, a reference institution active in home care in the regions of Lausanne, La Côte and l’Est vaudois, we are looking for Home care nurses. Your mission Ensure nursing care at the beneficiaries' homes. Assess needs, plan and administer adapted care. Guarantee clinical follow-up and continuity of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, doctors and relatives. Contribute to maintaining home life and the well-being of patients. Your profile HES Nurse diploma or a title deemed equivalent. For foreign diplomas: CRS recognition mandatory. Confirmed experience of a minimum of 2 years in home care. Ability to work autonomously and to manage priorities. Excellent interpersonal and responsibility skills. Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable. Clean Swiss criminal record extract required.
