Specialized sales collaborator / Specialized sales collaboratrice • Function: Ski equipment rental/sales person • Fixed-term contract at 50 to 100% Workplace: • Le Bry Sought profile: • You are dynamic, smiling and you like team work • You are at ease with customer contact and you know how to keep your calm even during rush hours • You are resourceful, reactive and you learn quickly • You are passionate about sliding sports and the mountain environment • Knowledge of skiing and sliding sports is essential • Significant experience in selling and/or renting ski equipment Your responsibilities: • Welcome and advise customers with a smile • Ensure equipment rental (skis, snowboards, shoes, helmets…) • Adjust, set and check the good condition of the equipment • Manage returns and ensure basic maintenance (cleaning, storage). • Participate in the sale of items in the store (gloves, masks, skis, accessories…) • Ensure a good atmosphere and customer satisfaction • Occasional help in the ski workshop.
