Your tasks: • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Assumption of tasks as a primary caregiver Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the nursing needs assessment RAI • Electronic nursing documentation • Participation in nursing reports • Assumption of tasks as a theme bearer in a specialist subject and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Readiness for night shifts Your profile: • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or readiness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex desired • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in spoken and written It is important to us that our employees can well reconcile professional and private life.
