It notably assumes the fund management as well as the asset management of the Mountain Resort Real Estate Fund SICAV (MRREF). This is entering a phase of active management of its portfolio and to accompany this development, we are looking for an Asset Manager (part-time possible) who will support the team across all operational and development activities. Missions • Operational monitoring of the portfolio: management, maintenance and maintenance contracts of buildings. • Monitoring the relationship with tenants/operators and the rental policy of the sites. • Manage and monitor renovation, transformation and construction work, in coordination with architects, representatives and companies. • Participate in acquisition and disposal operations: preliminary analysis of opportunities, preparation of files, support for due diligence and monitoring of transactions, in coordination with experts. • Contribute to the identification of property value enhancement potentials. • Prepare presentations and communication materials, notably newsletters and reporting intended for investors. • Perform analyses and simulations (investment scenarios, integration into the portfolio, profitability) in support of the preparation of decisions. Profile sought • Higher education (finance, architecture, real estate); a link with the hotel industry is an asset. • Proven experience in real estate asset management, ideally with experience in the hotel or tourism industry. • Mastery of technical and construction aspects: planning, tenders and calls for bids. • Bilingual French - German (oral and written, Swiss German a plus). • Availability for regular travel between Vaud and Valais and occasionally in other regions of Switzerland. • Ease in negotiation and coordination of stakeholders. • Strategic sense, rigor, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
