Packaging Development Specialist (100%, 1 year fixed-term) At Früh Verpackungstechnik, we develop complex and customized packaging solutions that are used worldwide in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. To strengthen our Engineering Team in Fehraltorf, we are looking for a fixed-term position for 1 year: Packaging Development Specialist (100%, 1 year fixed-term) Your activities with us: Support in the development of packaging solutions from the quotation phase to the handover to serial production Independent management of sub-projects and production trials Implementation of project-based implementation tasks in the respective software and in close coordination with internal and external interfaces Training in packaging material validations as well as operational or performance qualifications of the Früh manufacturing processes (including printing, laminating, rotary die cutting, sealing, pouch manufacturing) What you bring with you: Technical or scientific education (e.g., mechanical engineering, materials science, plastics, packaging, or process engineering) Structured, independent, and precise way of working with a high affinity for numbers Professional handling of MS Office, Copilot, ERP, and documentation systems Interest in working in a regulated environment and in training in the various industry requirements with an understanding of technical documentation Preferably knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and regulatory requirements of our product markets (e.g., MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 11607, Ph.
