Controller Nursing Contributions, 80-100 %

To strengthen our controlling in the Spitex area, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality starting January 1, 2027. The position is limited to 2 years with an option for extension. Tasks ## • You independently carry out business examinations of non-commissioned Spitex organizations, focusing on cost accounting and compliance with applicable accounting regulations. • Based on the audit results, you develop fact-based recommendations for decision-makers and committees. You actively participate in the implementation and further development of agile municipal controlling in the area of outpatient nursing contributions, incorporating cantonal guidelines and decisions. • You support the Team Lead Controlling Nursing Contributions in the establishment and further development of reporting/monitoring for municipal Spitex care. • You create further evaluations, plausibility checks, and ad hoc analyses for the numerous subject areas of outpatient nursing. • You support the Team Lead Controlling Nursing Contributions as well as the Head of the Spitex area with strategic decisions.- Profile ## • University or technical college degree in economics/business administration and/or controlling or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in the finance/controlling area, ideally in healthcare • Good knowledge in the analysis of cost accounting and ideally of the Spitex Schweiz finance manual • Very good Excel skills and confident handling of databases • Strong analytical skills, communication competence We offer ## A responsible and exciting task in a motivated, newly established team.
