Job Description ### For our customer, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Employee (f/m/d). Tasks In this function, you carry out demanding refurbishment, adjustment, and assembly work according to technical specifications and report any deviations. You operate automatic machine tools, replace components, and check them according to specifications. You are responsible for performing demanding tests, including NFF tests, according to the valid standard and document the results carefully. This also includes visual and functional controls of the parameters according to instructions. In the area of accredited processes such as ZFP, welding, or gluing, you carry out the process steps according to instructions, document them, and report any deviations. You also ensure the functional readiness of your tools and operating resources and take care of material return and professional disposal. Requirements You have sound experience in performing refurbishment, maintenance, or production activities and are familiar with the safe handling of automatic machine tools. You bring knowledge in performing testing processes and the documentation of workflows and are characterized by a careful, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working. You place great value on compliance with process specifications, especially in accredited procedures such as ZFP, welding, or gluing.
