Recognized for its expertise in electrical installations, troubleshooting, safety, home automation, telephone installations, as well as solar solutions, the company operates on residential as well as tertiary, commercial, and industrial projects. It accompanies its clients in varied achievements ranging from renovation to new construction, including building transformation, office layout, medical infrastructures, or even banking establishments. Your missions: Ensure complete management of electrical projects, from the study to the acceptance of works. Plan, coordinate, and supervise teams as well as the various stakeholders on the construction site. Prepare offers, quotes, tenders and ensure billing follow-up. Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements. Read, analyze, and interpret technical plans. Ensure compliance with electrical standards and current safety rules. Maintain a relationship of trust with clients, partners, and suppliers. Use project management and monitoring tools: Winprogitel, Yog 2 & Office Manager as well as the Microsoft 365 suite. Your profile: CFC as an electrical installer or training deemed equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function in project management. Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in the electrical field. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Natural leadership and ability to unite teams. Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy. Good resistance to stress and a solution-oriented mindset. Motivation, proactivity, and sense of customer service.
