Railway System Project Manager Your tasks Your tasks focus primarily on two areas: Development of the Reference Work in railway technology You are co-responsible for the development of the Reference Work in railway technology (RTE). You provide methodological and technical support to project groups in the development of new regulations or the updating of existing regulations in the field of infrastructure. You observe technical and regulatory developments in the field of the railway system and ensure their integration into the RTE. You represent the interests of railway companies towards authorities and partners, as well as during consultations. Management of the "Railway Technology Training" portfolio You assume responsibility for the entire "Railway Technology Training" portfolio. You observe developments in railway technology training, deduce measures in consultation with various UTP bodies, and implement them. Emphasis is placed particularly on training intended for people who apply RTE regulations. You lead the "Forum des enseignants ferroviaires" and the "réseau Hautes écoles", and support training institutions (e.g., universities of applied sciences) in the networking and visibility of their offerings. You promote networking and exchange within the industry and with partner organizations (notably Swissrail, Railplus, SSE, OFT) and represent the interests of the UTP in youth promotion offers (e.g., Railway Summer Camp or Railway Talent Hub). Your profile You hold a university degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences in a technical field and specialized knowledge in railway systems. You have several years of professional experience in the public transport industry or in related fields with a close link to Swiss public transport. You possess analytical and conceptual skills and can express complex technical ideas in understandable language. You work independently and appreciate the joint development of industry solutions. You are a native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language.
