Client Project Manager Berne, Switzerland \| 80\-100% What you can contribute Assume general responsibility for complex construction projects on behalf of the client, from the choice of procedure to handover to our client, including project study and implementation Define project objectives and risks, establish strategic bases (process planning, implementation models and procedure stages) as well as lead interdisciplinary project organizations Plan, solicit and steer human and financial resources; manage project credits in accordance with legal requirements, in particular the Federal Finance Act Ensure effective collaboration with users, operators, mandatories, companies and specialized consultants in the interest of the Confederation in its capacity as client Conduct procurement procedures in accordance with the Law and Ordinance on Public Procurement (LMP and OMP), and guarantee efficient quality management and project controlling What makes you unique Recognized degree in architecture, civil engineering or equivalent training in the construction sector Several years of experience in the general management of complex construction projects, complemented by solid experience in client representation Proven skills in general project management (quality, costs and deadlines) and knowledge of public procurement (LMP and OMP) Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking and compliance with business economy principles Great ability to create networks and communication ease Active knowledge of two official languages In a few words As a representative of the client at the OFCL, the Confederation's specialized body for construction, you will assume general responsibility for demanding projects throughout Switzerland. In this key position, you will lead the interdisciplinary project organization, steer complex processes in accordance with clearly defined objectives. You will also assume responsibility for quality, costs and adherence to deadlines in the public interest. This is a strategic activity with significant responsibilities, the results of which directly influence the development of the Confederation's real estate assets.
