In this function, you will support the cross-departmental planning and control of capacities with a special focus on OP-related topics. You will work closely with internal interfaces, OP resource management and other clinical and administrative areas. Your main tasks: In this function, you are responsible for the stable and user-oriented operation of our clinic information system and its further development. You take over the mutual representation within the IKM and thus ensure the continuity of the tasks. You process OP-related topics, support OP resource management in planning and further development. You coordinate central interfaces between OP coordination, stations, external practices and other involved areas. You participate in the operational control of capacities, bottlenecks and associated coordination. You identify process and system optimizations, bring in improvement suggestions and support their implementation. You record, analyze and prepare relevant key figures. You derive optimization potentials from available data and prepare them in a comprehensible way. You support the further development of reporting, process and control bases. You participate in the documentation and preparation of documents, for example for the process and quality management system. You ensure a reliable flow of information with internal and external interfaces and support reporting to the Head of Corporate Development and Integral Capacity Management Your profile: You have a training in the health sector or in a health-related administrative area. You have experience in the hospital environment, ideally at interfaces between planning, coordination and patient control. You have a good understanding of clinical processes as well as the relationships between bed, OP and resource planning. You think in a networked way, work in a structured way and keep an overview even with several parallel topics. You communicate clearly, service-oriented and appreciative with different internal and external stakeholder groups. You have a joy in coordination, coordination and the further development of processes. You are safe in the use of digital work tools and have an affinity for key figures, evaluations and process documentation.
