It employs 240 employees. Our mission is to accompany elderly people experiencing loss of autonomy, in long and short stays, as well as in its temporary reception center (CAT). We also manage a public restaurant, "le Delta", with 54 places and a terrace. In order to complete the CAT animation team and collaborate actively with the long stay animation team, we are recruiting for a position as Social Animator - Field Coordinator at 60% Main Missions • Coordinate and ensure activities within the temporary reception center (CAT), and contribute to those of the long stay, in close collaboration with the dedicated team, promoting social interactions between beneficiaries. • Welcome, listen to, and accompany beneficiaries in their journey, respecting their dignity and individuality. • Evaluate the needs of beneficiaries and direct them toward adequate social resources (housing, health, etc.), from a perspective of maintaining them at home or, when the time comes, transition. • Implement individualized support projects in collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary team and the beneficiaries. • Collaborate with local partners (social services, associations, institutions, CMS, etc.) to ensure global care for beneficiaries and their maintenance at home. • Support family caregivers through counseling and orientation actions • Ensure the preparation and follow-up of beneficiaries' files. • Participate in the coordination of actions with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the improvement of professional practices. • Guarantee respectful and benevolent support, in accordance with the values of the Foundation • Coordinate and carry out the work schedules of the CAT team Profile • HES/ES diploma in social work or recognized equivalent title (sociocultural animation option preferred), mandatory • Confirmed experience in a similar function • Excellent knowledge of the social network and aid systems (social insurance, social legislation, etc.). • Great capacity for listening and communication • Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a multidisciplinary team. • Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to adapt. • Benevolent and empathetic personality • Excellent mastery of IT tools (Microsoft office, SADIES suite, etc.) • Driver's license mandatory We offer • A pleasant and motivating working environment • An opportunity to join a small dynamic team • Possibilities for continuing education • Various benefits (meals, purchases, etc.) • Remuneration according to Héviva scales • Working conditions in accordance with the san CCT Type of contract: CDI Start date: 01.08.2026 or to be agreed Activity rate: 60% Hierarchical reporting: Director of Care You can apply directly on our website www.pre-pariset.ch under the jobs section.
