We offer you a varied and demanding training in the exciting world of an engineering company. During four years, you will receive interesting insights into various technical areas of construction as well as into new digital working methods and will complete your apprenticeship with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training. As of August 2027, we have an open apprenticeship position at our branch in Brig: DRAFTER WITH SPECIALIZATION IN CIVIL ENGINEERING EFZ - BRIG During the training, you will learn among other things the following activities: Creating plans in 2D and 3D in structural engineering (including public buildings, residential houses, earthquake reinforcements, industrial buildings) Creating plans in 2D and 3D in civil engineering (railway construction, road construction, bridge construction, infrastructure construction) Collaboration with civil engineers and assistance with construction inspections Construction site internship of at least 2 weeks, at the earliest in the 4. semester For the apprenticeship, you preferably bring the following profile: Completed orientation school (Level I or very good Level II) Interests / strengths in geometry, mathematics, and physics Joy in technical drawing and precise working Good spatial awareness Motivation for the construction industry and working on a laptop We offer an exciting and versatile apprenticeship, in the center of Brig (5 minutes walking distance from the station) with modern employment conditions in a collegial and helpful team.
