Together with its branch associations CURAVIVA, INSOS and YOUVITA, the federation is committed to approximately 3'100 providers who care for and support more than 175-000 elderly people, people with disabilities as well as children and adolescents. Public Policy Project Manager 70-100% Your tasks ### The Public Policy domain is responsible for representing the political interests of the ARTISET federation and its branch associations CURAVIVA, INSOS and YOUVITA at the national and intercantonal level. In order to complete our collegially managed team, we are looking for a person with a sense of concept for the following areas of activity for 1 September 2026 or a date to be agreed upon: • Direction of projects at the national and intercantonal level relating to the representation of political interests, in particular participation in the development of legislation with an emphasis on disability policy and child and youth welfare • Monitoring, analysis and processing of public policy files • Drafting of positions within the framework of consultation procedures and political files • Active maintenance of relations with various stakeholders • Support for opinion-forming processes and providing specialized advice within the federation • Participation in the planning and implementation of political communication Your profile ### • Solid knowledge of social policy and social insurance law • Experience in representing political interests and communication, particularly at the federal level • Experience in project management; practical knowledge of political campaigns is an advantage • Skills in presentation, networking and negotiation • Proficiency in speaking and writing German and French; knowledge of Italian is an asset • Higher professional training or a degree from a university in political science, social sciences or law Our offer ### We offer you a varied and stimulating area of activity where you can make use of your skills, your design talents and your expertise.
