Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann Palliative Care Zug

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take on a responsible role in specialized palliative care in an ambulatory environment in the canton of Zug with a workload of 80 to 100%. In this function, you will accompany people in complex illness situations, coordinate demanding care processes, and actively contribute to the qualitative further development of palliative care. The entry will be made by agreement. This is what you can expect from this responsible task • Accompaniment and care of patients in complex palliative situations • Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialist offices • Support for nursing professionals in demanding care situations • Ensuring and further developing qualitative standards in palliative care • Participation in professional development projects This is what you bring • Completed Dipl. training as a Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
